Attention of all respected Head Teachers of Govt. High , Higher Secondary Schools Multan District is invited to the subject of Wall Painting of your School Performance Cards. All Head Teachers are requested to get your school performance card painted on outside walls of your school for awareness of parents and general public. In case boundary wall is not available, the same may be painted at a conspicuous place in the school. Cost of painting shall be borne by the school from its own resources.

Competent authority has notices that different firms /NGOS/INGOS have been allowed to carry out a particularly activity /campaign/ survey opinion polls without analyzing and examining the questionnaire , material and message developed by the concerned firm/NGO/INGO.
Home Department ( Chief Monitoring Govt. of Punjab School Education Department Lahore ) has directed that no department will allow any firm/NGO/INGO to undertake any sort of promotional activity / campaign /survey or opinion poll without permission.

Govt. of Punjab , School Education Department with the help of CEO(DEA)s & District Education Officers ( EE-M ,EE-W ,SE) has desired to undertake awareness events on surroundings of ( Out of school children) population .
In this regards, different activities may be conducted to enroll out of schools children. These activities may be as given below.
- Stalls ( Results , PEC/BISE ,qualified teachers , scholarships programs , Art work or different materials of similar kind may be displayed )
- Pamphlets Distribution
- Announcements via Imam Masajids , Teachers
- Games Competitions
- Involvement of community Leaders , Senior Citizens
etc. List of schools are attached .

According to the 2013 World Health Organization report, 74 polio cases have been reported in Pakistan. However, 51 (69%) of the polio confirmed cases are from Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA). Polio Teams of Health Department are working for the ERADICATION of Polio.
All the Heads of Public and Private schools in District Multan are directed by the Deputy Commissioner & Chief Executive Officer(DEA) Multan to cooperate with the Polio Teams of Health Department, Multan as the National Immunization Days are being celebrated from 18-09-2017 to 22-09-2017.
