Competent authority has notices that different firms /NGOS/INGOS  have been allowed to carry out a particularly activity /campaign/ survey opinion polls without analyzing and examining the questionnaire , material and message developed by the concerned firm/NGO/INGO.

Home Department ( Chief Monitoring Govt. of Punjab School Education Department  Lahore ) has directed that no department will allow any firm/NGO/INGO to undertake any sort of promotional activity / campaign /survey or opinion poll without permission.

Director Public Instruction (SE) Punjab, Lahore has directed all DEO’s in Punjab to submit complete service records for promotion cases from BS-18 to 19 and BS-19 to 20 (Male & Female) . The high ups of the Department are very displeased on the overall input of service record.

In this regards , all officials concerned are directed to submit all pending cases / deficiencies in their cases. List of pending documents / cases are attached.

It should be treated on top priority most urgent.

All Class-IV candidates who have applied for promotion for Junior Clerk  UNDER 20% IN-SERVICE QUOTA are informed that typing test will be held on 12-9-2017 Tuesday at 9-00 AM at Govt. RAFAH-E-AAM High School,Multan .

All candidates should reach with original documents and attested copies along with identity cards. In case of absence, later on, no chance will be given.
